Medical mission in Sevilla, Bohol

The Visayas Primary Healthcare Services, Inc. conducted a medical mission in Barangay Bayawahan, Sevilla, Bohol on August 27, 2016. More than 150 residents benefitted from the services.

The medical mission was sponsored by the Bayawahan Farmers Organization in coordination with the Bayawahan Barangay Council and the Bayawahan Elementary School. The Task Force Carabao – Germany supported the activity.

The services included medical consultations, tooth extraction, urinalysis, and blood screening for diabetes mellitus.

The volunteers included dentists Dr. Aida Baroro, Mark Joseph Palacio, Emmanuel Mercado, Rogelio Bagamonde, and Katrina Carlos, and Vicente Sotto Memorial Medical Center post graduate interns James dela Cruz, Hazel Mae Generalao, Jemimah Perocho, Jannevee Pajantoy, and Frances Eden Albaran.

VPHCS physicians Dr. Grace Molina and Dr. Erlinda Posadas and staff member Luz Yana led the team.
