Distribution of hygiene kits to the handwashing facilities In Bogo City

The project team went to the different sites where the handwashing facilities were located on November 12, 2020, at 11: 00 a.m. in order to distribute the hygiene kits to be used in the facilities. Aside from the facility in the City Health Office, the other sites included the following, two in the public market, one in the bus terminal and one in the Polambato Port.

Each facility was given two gallons of liquid soap, 1 dispenser and two packs of paper towels. Romeo B. Ursal, head of the Bogo public market and slaughterhouse accepted the hygiene kits for the two public markets. Gelito T. Lequin, terminal manager of Bogo Bus Terminal received the kits for the bus terminal.

Angie Ycot, Polambato office staff received the kits for Polambato Port.

The acknowledgement receipt for the hygiene kits was already signed by Dr. Palay together with the handwashing facilities, in behalf of the local government unit of Bogo City, before the distribution of the kits.

The Visayas Primary Healthcare Services, Inc. organized the distribution of the hygiene kits as part of the project supported by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) on COVID-19 response.
