Staff of the Visayas Primary Healthcare Services, Inc. visited Cebu Archbishop Jose S. Palma, DD, last August 17, 2023 in order to reiterate their gratitude to him for endorsing the project to the Camillian Disaster Service International and to inform him that the project was approved in April 2023.
Bishop Palma had written his endorsement letter to Fr. Aristelo Miranda, MI, Executive Director of Cadis last February 18, 2022. The endorsement was a requirement for the submission of the project by the VPHCS to Cadis in June 2022.
On June 15, 2022, President of the Catholic Bishops’ Conference of the Philippines Pablo Virgilio S. David, DD, wrote an endorsement letter of the project to His Eminence Cardinal Guatiero Bassetti, President of the Italian Episcopal Conference based in Rome, Italy.
