The organization partnered with the Visayas Primary Healthcare Services, Inc. since April 2016 in a project, “Building community-based health care programs to promote health and prevent disease in Cebu.” The project aims to train community health workers in three areas to render basic primary health care services. These areas include, SitioSawsawan, San Roque, Talisay City, PurokTambis, Umapad, Mandaue City, and SitioIntramuros, Barangay Poblacion, Cordova.

The trained CHWs rendered services during the rolling clinics of the German Doctors in the three communities. The German Doctors provided funds to the VPHCS to conduct the basic health skills trainings and health education programs as well as for administrative support services.
